The Rape, Assault, and Incest National Network is one of the largest federal non-profits for work in the areas of sexual assault prevention, domestic abuse, and incest. They have 24/7 resources for phone calls, chat options, and a resources by state tool that will allow you to determine what resources may be in your area of the country. RAINN also runs the National Sexual Assault Hotline.

The National Sexual Violence Resource Center is the leading voice in research and education on the topics of sexual violence. They provide direct resources for survivors, family and friends, media and press, and advocates and educators that showcase what you can do, how you can support, and where you can go for help.
The Administration for Children and Families under the Department of Health and Human Services provides toolkits and resource guides for survivors, and - mostly- those who know a survivor. If you know a survivor and are unsure where to start a conversation, check out this toolkit that provides a short guide into trauma informed services and response.
If you are Local to Charlotte, NC, Safe Alliance is an amazing resource for sexual and domestic abuse victims and survivors. They have direct resources for survivors in the area and have a 24/7 Crisis Line: 980.771.4673 that can provide guidance for safety planning; advocacy; parenting support; shelter referrals for people in imminent danger.
