But What Can I Do?: A conversation to end sexual violence.
What is sexual violence really? What is consent? How do I respond to someone? These are questions we all need help answering and this keynote answers them all. With 20% of college-age women and 9% of college-age men being victim/survivors of sexual assault, we all need to get more comfortable talking about prevention, education, and response. This conversation isn’t meant to make you comfortable- It’s meant to make you better! Get ready to laugh, cry, and walk away with new knowledge to end sexual violence and change the damn world!

The Practice of Prevention: Sexual violence education for athletes.
All athletes know that how you practice, you preform. Everything we do on field, the court, and the track takes practice. Why would life skills be any different. With a requirement for athletes to get sexual violence prevention and Title IX training, the stakes have never been higher. As a former athlete, sexual violence survivor, and higher education expert, Bonny engages athletes, teaching them the definition of sexual violence, the understanding of consent, and ways they can step up to intervene and respond to someone in crisis.
You’re a team… You practice as a team, you preform as a team, you work as a team, you set the pace as a team. And in this session, we’re learning to practice prevention as team and have the honest conversion that goes beyond policy to talk about real life, real athletes, and real experiences.
Better Sisterhood = Better Recruitment!
Ready for a hard truth? You can't have a great recruitment without great sisterhood. PERIOD! Those PNMs turn into new members who may realize what you sold them in recruitment isn't the real deal. It's time to focus on getting your sisterhood in check so we can have a better recruitment and the even better retention. We're covering 4 things you can do to create a better sisterhood, better belonging, and a better recruitment!

Fighting Inertia: Building community and creating change.
It’s so easy to just do what you’ve always done. That’s called inertia, and it’s our biggest barrier to building a better community, a better siblinghood, and better experience. Inertia is a law of motion and the measure of how hard it is to get out of our set-in ways. It’s never easy to overcome inertia… AND maybe getting out of inertia is the only way to get the experience you are craving. Maybe you want your organization to be better or maybe you want to create a meaningful community experience but you have no idea where to start. This is where. In this keynote, Bonny gives you tangible ways to fight inertia, build a better community, and create sustainable change. Bring your ideas and get ready to make a plan; it’s time for the real work of creating change to begin.
Stop Sending D*ck Pics!
Men, this one is for you! Maybe you’ve never seen yourself in the conversation to end sexual violence. Maybe you’ve never felt like there was a space for you. That ends now. In this session, we're covering the basics of sexual violence prevention, including direct things you can do today to create change. It's going to be real, somewhat messy, and honest. We have to discuss important topics around healthy relationships, consent, and how you talk about sex... Nothing is off limits. So, let's talk about it!
*This keynote is intended for male identifying audiences and can be tweaked for all-gendered spaces with advance notice.
